Ive ordered here a few times now and also gone in person. I grew up in dowtown NYC and so dd my husband. I have to honestly say this is the best pizza in Poughkeepsie and the Hudson Valley. The garlic knots are authentic and have amazing garlic oil crisp and crunch. Just like NYC style. And the pizza itself reminds me of Rays pizza back in the day. If you are wary of the price, know that this place always gives you enough to feed the 5,000. Ingredients are fresh and high quality; my absolute only complaints are that the Chicken Spinach Pastina Soup required a little extra seasoning (I used Adobo.), and I wouldn't have been mad about more butter/oil on the Garlic Bread. I lived off of their parmigianas when I first moved to the area, and I'm due for another next time.

absolutely amazing!! even my picky mother from Italy said it was the best Italian food made with fresh ingredients she has ever had since she came to America! I have never had Italian food this good. definitely competes very well with the recipes of mother and grandmother from Italy 🇮🇹 😍

We found Dave's just the other night after reading the killer reviews on Google. We had a great meal and when I realized they were on DoorDash, I ordered again tonight and was once again so pleasantly surprised. Dave was so sweet and his food is seriously seriously delicious and I'm very picky about what I'll order out!!

We ordered the Ara's white pizza. It was so delicious with cheeses and spinach and mushrooms. The crust was buttery, flakey and it was so well seasoned. It was probsly the best seasoned pizza that we have tasted. I wish I could have tried it in house, but regardless this pizza was delicious. The fact that they stay open late night for diners makes this an excellent option for travelers who crave something satisfying and delicious. One hundred percent yummy and delicious !
