• 8/27/23I only ever order the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake. If youre a huge chocolate cake fan like myself you know how rare it is to find chocolate cake that isnt sugared down and has a rich chocolate flavor. D&B does it just right!!!

• 12/31/22They ran out of strawberry shortcake, I waited 35 mins for them to inform me of the sold out item-replaced it with chocolate cake. This one staff member in particular did her best to keep me updated on the status of my order which I appreciated and even got the manager involved. The bad review is for lack of communication in BOH (kitchen) and the new dessert I received as a replacement. I wish the ice cream was in a separate container because by the time I got home it was all soupy and the cake absorbed the ice cream so it's extremely soggy. This is my first disappointing experience but I love the strawberry shortcake very much so I hope they will have it again in stock the next time I order in advance for pickup.
