My favorite veggie breakfast burrito- stuffed with grilled onions/pepper mix,avocado, spinach, egg, potato, and cheese. Red, hot salsa and a creamy green/avocado salsa seem homemade.

The Build Your Own Burrito was MUCH larger than other I've had in the Omaha metro. I asked for caramelized onions (along with avocado, beans, and extra cheese), and it was a lot of onions. I can't really be mad about the amount, since I did ask for them, but they were no where near caramelized and over half were more raw than cooked. The tater tots didn't travel well, but were still tasty!

Pricey but good. Really big burritos. I had the byo Build Your Own Burrito w chorizo & eggs; 5/5. he got the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito & loved it; 4.5/5. Cant really make bad breakfast burritos sooo yea.. id order again.
