The fried eggplant sandwich might be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!!! And I'm not even close to a vegan. lol. 

The chopped salad was good, but was more lettuce heavy than most chopped salads I've had. 

Portions are really generous as well!
All in all DELICIOUS
