Over the past few years, we have developed an affection for hot peppers (Ghost Peppers, Trinidad Scorpion Peppers and now, Carolina Reapers and have worked them into some really tasty products! Our Mantra for these... 'HEAT.. With Flavor!' The first offering is our 'Colorado-Style Southern Chow-Chow', a traditional Southern relish staple, tweaked with some heat. The perfect merger of Southern and Southwest Flavor Profiles! A traditional Southern relish condiment for over 200 years, we tweaked the recipe to include Tomatillos, Ghost Peppers and more to take this to the perfect 'Heat meets Sweet' level! The most popular use in the South is on top of white or pinto beans, while other uses include: A topping on BBQ or Pulled Pork, mix with Chicken Salad, Macaroni Salad, Pasta or Potato Salad, as a topping on omelets, as a dip with pretzels or crackers, in deviled eggs, mix with some mayonnaise for a homemade tartar sauce, mix with sour cream or cream cheese for a dip, topping on grilled fish, mix a little in with your meatball recipe, try a little on fish tacos!
