Dee Kitchen in Idaho Falls is a hidden gem for lovers of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. It’s the closest thing to authentic Southeast Asian flavors I’ve found in the area, and it never disappoints.
Their pho is a standout packed with tender slices of beef, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked rice noodles. The balance of flavors is spot on, and the portion sizes are generous. If you love spice, their house-made chili oil adds the perfect kick.Their Thai dishes are just as impressive. The Pad Thai , is always fresh, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of pho on a cold day or a flavorful Thai dish, Dee Kitchen delivers an authentic and satisfying experience every time. Highly recommend!

Everything was a hit. Only down side I selected the spiciest option for the pad Thai and it wasn't the slightest bit spicy. I selected duck as my protein and was skeptical of the $8 add on but they add so much that it's definitely worth it.

I ordered the Thinly Sliced Rare Steak pho and it was perfection. The veggies were fresh, with perfect steak slices, I was worried the broth would cool to much to cook the steak but it was perfect even delivered♡ . The portion size was plenty too, although I wish I ordered more just to have the left overs! The chili and hoisin (?) sauce addins also incredibly delicious. Overall would order again and my new fave.

The spicy level 3 is the perfect level of authentic flavor without the overpowering heat-spice. Very filling, portions have gotten smaller over the last 4 years, but price hasn't increased too much, so it's a fair price for the food. This is my go to!

I'm obsessed with their seafood curry! The portion size is huge and is full of shrimp, white fish, imitation crab, scallops, mussels, carrots, potatoes & onions. They're not stingy like a lot of other restaurants. I'm not an onion fan but the pieces are big enough to pick out. I get level 0 spicy & my husband gets level 3, which are both perfect for our individual tastes. The fried wontons with chicken are delicious too.
