The first order was for their 1/2 pound cheeseburger. It was perfect! Seared on the outside and medium pink and juicy on the inside. Charbroiled excellence!
Do you know how hard it is to find a juicy hamburger anymore? They're all dry by and large. The grill cook pressing the burger patty on the grill with a spatula. Why do they do that? Stop that! Del's burger was perfect! Keep it up!
The second order was for a cheeseburger again. This time, not seared and not pink in the middle. Hmmm. Maybe I ordered too early (10:30 am) and the grill wasn't hot enough.
Third order was for their nachos. Awesome! The greens on the plate were of leaf lettuce and it was so fresh and succulent. The guacamole was perfect, the beef seasoned just right.

I'm a truck driver and use DoorDash quite often usually I am not impressed to awful much with restaurants I order from however Dell's seems to have gone above and beyond the plate is rather heavy almost to the point where it should be double layered so the portion size was a lot more than I was expecting The flavor is amazing great food 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

I wish I had taken pics. This food is sooooo good. I travel from TN to AZ twice a year. Tucumcari isn't a half way point at all, but I stay here just to relax and enjoy the food here. These nachos were so fresh and still crunchy. The toppings were so good haha. The rest was great too! Give it a shot!

We ordered the chicken fajitas, they were so delicous. Came with sour cream, pico de gallo, guac, shredded cheese the whole works! They also threw in a ton of warm , crispy tortilla chips with salsa and some dessert. I don't remember if our meals originally came with desserts and tortilla chips, but Del's went above and beyond with our order. In addition to that, it arrived still hot about 15 minutes later. Highly recommend Del's Restaurant to all of you!

Great food!! The green chili strips were good but the coating over powered the chili taste a little bit. Jalapeno cream sauce was delicious. Enchilada was on point and the green sauce was incredible. I was so very impressed that they had a dog menu! My pups loved the eggs and rice.
