Absolutely delicious, the food was very flavorfuI and perfectly cooked. I especially loved the yucca fries! Will definitely order here again.

MEGA SURPRISE- Del Fuego has THE BEST quesadillas and mac-n-cheese dishes EVER ! 3 cheese quesadillas have super tasty cheese flavor combinations. And you get generous,thick,melty slices of cheese.
The PLAIN MAC AND CHEESE? It is hardly plain !
Del Fuego knocks this often bland comfort food straight out of the park. They’ve mixed delicious curly pasta elbows into a yummy mix of cheese and seasonings-you’ll undoubtly be hooked! DON’T HESITATE TO ORDER EITHER OF THESE :-)

Disappointing! Everyone keeps raving about it so gave it a shot trying shrimp/pulledpork/carne asada and order of Traditional Guacamole . The guac/chips was the only good thing. Tacos have more red cabbage than anything else. All the meats were dry everything is unseasoned. Rice and beans had no flavor and beans were under cooked. Maybe if there was an appropriate amount of each aioli or salsa would of rounded it out better. I def expected alot more from a place charging $20 for 3 tacos. wont be making that mistake again.

Love Del Fuego usually, but in my order tonight the queso was watery; the ground beef tacos did not come (instead it was a ground beef burrito) and the shrimp burrito was completely soaked through the tortilla. It clearly stated three ground beef tacos on the order, but my receipt said ground beef burrito. Someone dropped the ball.
