I have tried Quesabirria from several places and Delicias Rosita's is the best, in my opinion. The side of consume is more like a small bowl of soup that includes meat, chickpeas, cilantro, and onion. So delicious!

AMAZING.
The Quesabirria tacos were tender,juicy, and full of meat, the broth was still piping hot, full of onions and cilantro, and packed with flavor.
The Sopes were piled to the brim with fresh topings, with a creamy avocado sauce and a thick, dense tortilla.
This was the perfect size to fill up on, and you wont end up hungry once you're done.

o m g. i literally just finished 1/3 of my birria tacos.. they are so so so so so good and flavorful! the portions are amazing. they were placed in the to go box beautifully. these are the best birria tacos i've ever had! will order again 10/10

i ordered a quesadilla and a taco!! first offf i wanna say ive been wanting to try for a while but haven't had the chance. everything was amazing both were packed full of meat and toppings. it was fresh and the taco tortillas omg you could taste the homemade freshness. i definitely plan to order again in the future. the orange and green sauce really complimented the quesadilla.

The food here is amazing I order food almost twice a week from this this food truck. They are amazing people. Portion is a lot you get your money worth for sure. Freshness of the food is always fresh. I would recommend this food truck to anyone. They have amazing burritos, tortas, quesadillas, tacos etc.
