• 6/26/23I ordered a 12 piece tender got 8 skimpy tenders a handful of fries and 1 roll....it's all good but probably won't be ordered again this meal was 19.00 and after fees and delivery it was 25.85 for incomplete order. You guys gotta do better.

• 8/23/24I normally as a customer enjoy my meal on whatever I may order. But, on this day I was very disappointed with my meal. My three piece chicken was not as tasty as usual and it tasted like it had been fried in old grease not properly cooked. My rice dressing, my candy yams had no Love to it, very plain. My mustard greens, no taste to it. Oh! and not to mention, dessert the peach cobbler was over whelmed with to much cinnamon that made it taste okay but to dark in color. So I was not satisfied at all.

• 3/17/26Nothing was big about my Big Shack other than the space left between the buns due to the lack of toppings and lil peice of chicken breast that was used for my BIG SHACK sandwich.

• 2/14/23This chicken sandwich was drenched in mayo w only pickles!!!! Picture shows crispy chicken breast w their famous crust but this is a wide boneless tender not hot nor fresh and waited far past the promised delivery time. Almost $20 bucks wasted :-(
