My order had to be redone which was above and beyond expectations and the food itself was absolutely delicious! Their service was incredible!

We got a 3 bite serving of hashbrowns, bacon so crispy I couldn't even hold it without it breaking, and chewy pancake puppies. The pancakes were alright, could have spread out the mix ins a bit more than just two inches of the center. I've ordered Dennys online before but I've never gotten an order like this before. Pretty sad after spending $25 all together.

Berry Stuffed French Toast Slam- barely had any berries at all and portions were absolutely minimal. Did not receive an entire entree that I ordered and when I called Dennys about it the girl on the other end hung up on me the first time and then when I later was able to tell her about it all I was told was "Sometimes things happen". Absolutely incompetent and rude. I would get fired from my job for having an attitude like that, especially when no apology or any forms of making it right were expressed. Horrific customer service skills and excessive lack of care for customers or the quality of service or food.

I had the Berry Stuffed French Toast Slam with Turkey Bacon and both were burnt. Not only could I see it, it made the eggs and Hash Browns smell like smoke. It was completely inedible.
