I have ordered delivery several times from Denny's and I never had issue with them until these last 2 orders. I received one with cold hard cinnamon pancakes as if they were made earlier sat around and then put in the meal I ordered. I gave this the benefit of doubt and figured the cook is having a difficult day BUT,
This last order arrived warm and as I went to eat the pancakes Salted caramel &banana pan cakes the bottom one was so badly burned on both sides it was not eatable. Then I opened the lower jade of the tray to find the hash browns floating in grease.
I just tossed the meal out in discus and don't think I will order from them any longer if this is what they are going to produce and send out on a delivery where you can't call the manager to your table and have things corrected.
I am mostly home bound and it hurt my heart that this poor service happened two times in a row and although I filed a complaint with door dash no one from Denny's has responded.
