Everytime I've come to this store, it's been beyond an enjoyable experience. The staff have been so kind and friendly, and the food has tasted amazing. Even when there was a small mistake, they were kind and understood the issue (The menu showed a seedless bun, but it came with seeds.) and quickly fixed it. The service here has been amazing and I wish I could give bigger tips when I go in-person. Even over Door dash the food is still wonderful as it is in the store. I highly recommend it!!

the brisk it all was actually really tasty but they didn't cut in half (not sure if that's standard or not) but it made it super hard to eat since I couldn't cut it myself. The fries for both the brisket and one burger weren't cooked at all. Had to spray them with oil and pop them in the air fryer for 15 minutes. hash browns were fine, both burgers were fine. Just really inconsistent from this location because we can simultaneously get really good and really bad food in the same order.
The nachos were fine but really inconsistent packaging. sometimes the ingredients are all tossed in one container, sometimes multiple tiny cups. one of the small plastic cups of cheese like melted all in the bag so it was just.. not great. overall a very confusing order this time.

got the melt and the pot roast was super tender. the downside all the au jus spilled into the bag (whether because of the dasher or restaurant or both), and they forgot to put the caramelized onions on the sandwich. it was good but a little disappointing since I was missing the sauce and onion. breakfast always turns out solid though.

Omg where are the fries?... about half of them were gone. Y'all need to add some more fries in the Togo meals.
