My pancakes were BLACK. My bacon was soggy, my fries were burnt. Then I called the store to report these issues and the person on the phone said he don't know what to tell me. Then finally he said I could go back for new pancakes.

The side order of bacon is a rip-off. It is not 4 slices of bacon, it is 2 slices of bacon cut in half.

French Toast was burnt on the crust. The Strawberry Vanilla Crepes were not fully cooked. Build Your Own Jr. Grand Slam® pancakes were burnt badly. The eggs were runny for the Original Grand Slam® . Please do better.

I paid 60 bucks for three entrees and the portioning was so small, it didn't fill up a single person in my party

The Pumpkin Pecan pancakes were so delicious, they didn't even need syrup. The pumpkin sauce on top was a perfect addition as it wasn't too sweet.
My order arrived quickly and the Dasher, Albert, was very personable.
A delicious and pleasant experience.
