I wasn't disappointed. The whole meal was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed every bit of it! After a long night of studying and homework for this mom in college it definitely was worth the wait! Country Fried Steak & Eggs was scrumptious! The buttermilk pancakes were warm, soft and buttery! Packaging was impressive, kept the food nice and warm. Build Your Own Grand Slam® was also cooked perfectly!

The hash browns were burnt and the biscuits were like eating dough, not favorable at all. The last time I ordered the grand slam it was very good, but tonight was awful. You pretty much have a 50/50 shot on whether it's going to be good or not.

That Zesty Nachos was prepared poorly and tasted meh. I hyped up this Zesty Nachos based off a good experience some years back at a different location, but geesh the drop-off was major. I will never order that again but the Triple Juicy Burger was awesome and tasty and the Egg-Cellent Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad was good as well.

The berry pancakes were good. Just sucks that you don't have the option to select butter syrup to come with it. As for the lean grand slam, the egg whites were extremely watery. Portions were regular amount and worth the price. Thankfully it was warm and fresh when delivered. I would not order again though.

The biscuits and gravy is a favorite of mine, the gravy tasted great, though the biscuits were hard. Not fresh, and tasted as though they had been sitting out all morning. Its sad to see the quality drop over the years to a restaurant I use to frequent a lot, but I suppose things naturally happen this way over time.
