the shop has some really best products, best ice cream reddi in the werribee, also the staff are really humble and polite and customer service oriented, if my review makes some difference then the only thing I would like would to raise the staff pay, only if it's not sufficient, otherwise the ice creams and faloodas are delicious and wonderful

The small falooda glass I have ever seen. It's not even a glass. It's a tea cup. Not worthy with this price. They should reduce the price or increase the amount. Not going to buy again.

I ordered Mango Falooda Ice Cream by mistake actually wanted Royal falooda. Called the store 2 mins after the order and asked them if I could change it and happy to pay. The lady on the phone was so kind she said it's already made so can't change it but I am giving you a sample of the ice cream and she sent me a whole scoop and did not charge. More than money it was the service and their interest so make sure customers get what they want and the delivery was outstanding.

Amazing customer service fixed the order gave extra samples for us to order it next time. Even when it was me who ordered incorrectly. Great service and respect.
