I requested that the food not be spicy, but it had too much masala, and the overall quality was disappointing. If an item is unavailable, please let customers know rather than filling the boxes with substitutes without informing them. I would appreciate more attention to customer preferences and food quality

I've ordered Emerald Green Chill Paneer Pulav but I received Biryani but the taste is really good. I was disappointed as I didn't find pulao but biryani made me happy.
