Spring roll was the size of a baby's arm, the broth was almost clarified it was so clear and full of flavor. The meat was well prepped and fresh and the veggies were phenomenal

I frequently order M9. Laab Namtoak Beef with R5. Steamed Rice or Sticky Rice but this time the quality is incomparable to the last few times. I ordered very spicy and specified it to, "make me cry spicy" hoping to at least be somewhat spicy. One look at the M9. Laab Namtoak Beef it was lacking color, appearing pale. After trying a few bites I thought it would be okay, but due to the fat content of the dish it needed spice or acidity for balance. Unfortunately it lacked both making the dish too fatty for consumption. The R5. Steamed Rice or Sticky Rice lacked water in the cooking process which made the steamed rice hard, feeling like chewing on a grain.
I've ordered this many many times and this is the one time it is inedible. Hopefully it's just a one off.

let me start off by saying I have eaten here MANY times over the years. tonight was the worse I've ever had idk what happened. R5. Steamed Rice or Sticky Rice not normal color and consistency was all over.M1. BBQ Beef Brisket pure fat, zero char. M2.BBQ Pork Belly pure fat no meat on some pieces, skin was rubber. A4. Cream Cheese Wontons these were decent. A1. Egg Roll / Kab Yaub super crispy enjoyed these.

DO NOT ORDER. the pho was slimey and the chicken smelled rotten!! Waste of money. I've never seen pho so gross before.

Pretty good food and great portion of worthy price. 1 of the best restaurant I find here in MN. I recommended.
