• 1/15/26I had been getting sushi from here for a while and would always come back, last night I tried to order again and asked for 2 different orders of sushi and 2 extra teriyaki sauce and the person texting me goes that if I want 2 extra apart from the one it already come with, I said it should come with 2 already.
I am getting 2 orders and each order comes with 1. The point is the make 1 dollar per each sauce you ask extra. We had gotten this exact order before and would always come with 4 sauces when we asked for 2 extra. The restaurant reply's with "no sadly that's now how it works" and I again explain to them I'm getting 2 orders of sushi(20 pieces) and again she goes I could only get 1 and I can order an extra 3 so they could make more money. I go up in previous messages and I see that I had alr asked for 2 extra and came 4 and I showed her and she acts like she changed it so then I text so we have 4 in total right ? And they say "no 3" it makes no sense for you to order 2 orders and get one sauce and if you order from 2 different phones 1 order each you get 2 sauces. They are hungry for money and lost a costumer because of that. Never coming back here again horrible costumer service, 0 respect and lastly trying to rob people out of their hard worked money even if it's as little as a dollar per sauce. I don't recommend anyone coming here. There is a lot better sushi places with better service.

• 11/30/25Smallest pieces of sushi ever… It should come with tweezers instead of chopsticks. They say that it's two for one, but they cut the sushi into something 1/3 size that it should be. Ridiculously small portions. Also read the other reviews and you'll understand. Salmon tasted old!!!

• 6/29/25A deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience at Diamante Sushi.
We came as a family to enjoy the all-you-can-eat sushi, but what we received was anything but hospitality. After our first round of food, we waited over 40 minutes for the second — without any explanation or follow-up.
But what truly shocked us was the behavior of the owner, who also serves as the waiter. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism, he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and outright offensive, creating a hostile environment and embarrassing our family.
This was not just poor service — it was a clear display of arrogance and a total lack of respect for paying customers. Dining out should never come with verbal mistreatment or humiliation.
I strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are many restaurants with better food, better service, and above all, basic human decency.
