Amazing place. They were out of brisket due to calling in late but they gave me a call and i asked for ribs instead. Not only was is it good, they gave me way more ribs for the price due for being out of brisket. Amazing customer service.

The meat was so dry we could hardly swallow it. There was very little meat for $20+ and the French fries say "hand cut", they were frozen crinkly fries and as with the meat there were very few of them.

Classic Sandwich Combo was dry and order was made incorrectly. They give you one small sauce cup for a lot of meat and charge you for extra knowing you will need it. My order didn't began being prepped til nearly 30 mins after it was placed causing a major delay in my delivery. Giant Pit-Smoked Loaded Baker was actually giant and made correctly. I would order a baked potato from them again.

Really wish the serving sizes were worth the price. Also, I ordered sliced and chopped brisket but what I got was fatty cubes and minced edges. This is not the way it's been served in past orders so I feel like I was given the scraps on the bottom of the pot. Only the pulled pork was any good.

Texas toast is mentioned as a side accomanying the meal. That is NOT Texas toast . $17 for 2 meats and two small sides absolute rip off. I totally get inflation, but the portion size is way to small for what you are charging, and not even fulfilling the order as described. Years ago you would not have seen this.
