we had tried dickeys years ago and didn't like it then. we decided to give it another try because it was a different location and many years had passed so we hoped that their quality and flavor had improved. I got Brisket Burnt Ends Sandwich - Local Favorite. the actual bun that the sandwich came on was just a little bigger than a slider. ridiculous for the amount of money I spent

I ordered a loaded burnt end potato, Mac and cheese and some ribs. I didn't have any expectations and was still somehow let down. The potato was stiff and hard to mix my toppings in, putting sauce on it helped. The ribs were cut wrong, dry and were not seasoned/sauced. For 20+ dollars I'd expect some semblance of effort. Mac and cheese was bland and mushy, tasted exactly like every fast food Mac and cheese. For being more expensive than most restaurants even around here, it did not taste like it. Better off somewhere else

unfortunately all of the meat was extremely dry and under seasoned. We have ate at Dickey's before so we know what the quality usually is and we were very disappointed. Especially because it's not like it's cheap.

Old, dried out chicken on sandwich. Sloppy presentation. Overall poor quality and value.
