So sorry I posted a bad review about the brisket.
The brisket was actually good!
I gave it to my neighbor and she enjoyed it immensely.
I have a chewing problem. and that's why I couldn't chew the brisket.
Dickies is the best place to get any kind of barbecue.
it is a clean restaurant.
one of my favorite items from Dickies is there potato salad.
there's not another restaurant in Southeast Texas that has potato salad like Dickies.
if you like brisket, you should order it from Dickies.

The meat was good bbq sauce was real good but my sides were well the loaded potatoes were crusty as if no one covered them so they didn't taste too bad but the hard potato crust made me not eat them I did take 2 bites to be fair the flavor was good but the crusty potato parts were not appealing. My coleslaw was warm and it was spoilt I tasted it and it was spoilt like the dairy or mayo was not good it had a slight shrimp yeasty taste and smell I was scared I would get sick so I threw both sides away. Mom got the baked potato with meat chopped brisket and she said it was really good so the meat turkey, sausage and brisket the bbq sauce and baked potato was really good. I can't say I wouldn't order again but I'd have to ask the coleslaw be fresh and I'd get another side to try because the meat was really good. But for the price I paid I would like to have enjoyed everything not just the meat.

The food and staff was good. The portion i received for the Chilli cheese fries were as if I ordered a kids meal. I'm still hungry and I should have went to the burger depot because they have larger portions for less. Again the food and staff was good....but the portions are a no go for me....won't be goin back

Not what it used to be. The last few times I've order there, it's been unsatisfactory. I recei my order today and it was falling out of the container into the to-go sack. The dasher said that's how it was handed to her. There was only half of a small container of sauce for the big potato...not enough. There didn't seem to be quite as much meat either. I also received regular toasted bread as opposed to the normal roll.

worst barbecue I've ever had. I've had barbecue Texas and the South but I'd have to say this is the worst.
