While I understand woodfired pizza can have slightly uneven cooking, this is a bit more than I bargained for in the charred department. The pizza is so thin that I thought the box was empty when I picked it up. $25 for this Americano Pepperoni pizza is wild, but $10 for the world's smallest piece of Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake is positively unhinged.

this is my favorite pizza in town. Disregard the reviews about the charred crust, they probably like Papa Johns.

The cheese to sauce to bread ratio is on point. This is a pizza you wouldn't feel guilty about eating all at one time. The crust really packs a punch, but overall iwould say this is more like a 4.4 star.

I was disappointed with the Queen Margherita. It seemed a little over on the edges and a bit under towards the center. A good sauce - but on the whole, not an enjoyable pie.
I will certainly try again - sometimes it's an off night!
