Got the Founder and it was awesome! My b/f had the Build-a-Dilla with the brisket, it had a nice smokey flavor. The Hatch Queso & Chips (LG) were a perfect side dish, the tortilla chips were seasoned and was gone before our quesadillas! The limeade was delicious, not at all what we expected. Think sweet and smooth not tangy and tart.

The quesadilla was very dry and spicy, not at all what I have had in the past! The tortilla was way too crunchy to eat, none of it was fresh! Also not enough protein, there was more tortilla and cheese than meat! If I do order again it would be when I'm in the restaurant!

I got the plain o regular with chicken, steak, queso drizzle and grilled peppers. came hot and tastes delicious. wasn't expecting the meat to be chopped but if flows well in the tortilla.2 slices were just enough to satisfy me. will order again soon.

Worst quesadillas I've ever had. I ordered Plain-o - Gorilla 1 steak and 1 chicken both with extra meat and cheese. chicken tastes like ground beef. The steak had no flavor and to top it all off I got screwed out of my extra meat on both.

Dilla's is consistently excellent and we love the LoneStar - Regular so much! This location does such a good job making sure your order is filled quickly and that they don't miss any part of it.
