I had to write this. Dillon's was always good. But this was my first time trying their brisket Southwestern Smoked Stew and I have to say it was absolutely divine. With their warm dinner rolls and a bavarian pretzel everything was super fresh, and absolutely delicious and just spicy enough to make it even tastier. Do not miss this one.

The catfish platter is one of my goto's and it was great this time except for the SIDE OF FRIES. They were obviously sitting there since lunch (the order was around 4pm): CHEWY, DRY and TASTELESS. What happened to their normal steak fries, these looked like McDonald fries that were put back in the fryer??? I have to thumbs-down the whole dish because there's no selection for the sides. Don't get me wrong, the catfish was great.

Always good and large portions; for KC barbeque, this is your place. They also have a LOT of other midwestern favorites like hot turkey or beef sandwiches, catfish, you'll like it if you're from the midwest and love KC style barbeque.
