I was really excited to see this place pop up ive never heard of it or even seen it before but im happy I did.  The BBQ Steamed BBQ Pork Bun (3) I could never find fresh only frozen unless I make a drive north and seeing in this menu made my day. Im a steam bun queen and this didnt let me down. The buns are so fluffy and soft and the filling was really nice I just wish the ratio of bun to filling was a little better because the filling was delicious and the fluffy bun almost masks it. I still recommend it! The BBQ Pork Noodle Soup wasnt  my typical go to but this year is all about trying new things and damn was this good! I like that they separated the broth from the other soup contents when it comes to takeout it insured that nothing overcooked on its travel and it gave the customer the option of how much broth they wanted. The pork was nicely sliced very tender the bokchoy added beautiful color contrast to the pork and noodles. Eggroll was your typical Pork Egg Roll but it's bigger than normal. Overall I will definitely be ordering again!

the Chicken Wonton Soup was phenomenal!!! i wasn't feeling great today, and the soup brought me back out of my sadness. so comforting! the broth is delicious and the dumplings are so yummy and soft. will be ordering again soon :)!!

The Beef Chow Fun at Dim Sum & Then Some is easily one of the best in the area. What sets it apart is the chef’s masterful control of wok heat, skillfully harnessing the elusive "wok hei"... that smoky, seared essence pulled from the first sear of the raw ingredients and essential to an original and authentic Cantonese-style Chow Fun. This technique elevates the dish, infusing it with that deep, dark, caramelized onion and beef flavors that most local spots simply can’t replicate. While many restaurants serve lackluster, uninspired versions, this is THE most authentic Chow Fun I’ve had outside of Hong Kong. Hands down. 

The only gripe? I’ve stopped by more than three (THREE!) times, only to find the restaurant unexpectedly closed——without so much as a note on the door explaining why. No phones answered. Nada. The advertised hours don’t seem entirely reliable, which can be frustrating. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon!

I love the Shanghai Soup Dumplings with Pork (6) they are my favorite thing on the menu and I've been ordering them weekly ever since!

I have NEVER had a bad experience with DIM SUM. I love absolutely everything they have. Cant recommend enough. The chicken fried rice and Chicken Dumplings (8) are my favorite.
