the food is always so delicious. hands down the best dim sum place in Oregon. so delicious, the Sweet & Sour Pork Baby Back Ribs were my favorite. decent sized portion and the flavor is incredible!!!

I ordered the string beans for the second time this month. They are wonderful: perfectly prepared and seasoned. The baby back ribs were fabulous and a perfect meal. They were moist and the sauce was delicious.

Just plain Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each) tasted mid and for the same price I would have rather had bibigo dumplings instead. However the Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Spicy Wontons (8 each) were great and I highly recommend them. Loved the Wood Ear Mushrooms in a Vinegar Dressing and the House Black Vinegar (200 grams) went great with the wontons. Not sure if some of their other xiao long bao might be better,but the plain Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each) were very disappointing.

Cucumber Salad is sooo good! Idk how to describe the flavor overload coming out from what to be such a simple dish like cucumber salad! Preferred this over String Beans with Garlic this dish is over hyped. Not for me honestly.
Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each) is yummy, taste like in-store freshness. The soup is flavorful.
Chicken Spicy Wontons (8 each)is a must! The leftover spicy sauce u can use it to eat with other dumplings and it goes really well together.
Vegan Dumplings (10 each) I'm not vegan but omg this dish is sooo good. If you love mushroom this dumplings will do you justice. Also, I love the wrap of this dumplings more than the other ones. This will be my go-to dumplings from now on!

I ordered Din Tai Fung pretty often, and generally I do delivery.
This time I picked up by myself, maybe just holiday is too busy, the people at the front desk wasn't very nice and wasn't very patient.
Also, the sauce of the spicy wontons was way less than last time I ordered. Not sure what's going on but it's not a cheap restaurant so I'm a bit disappointed.
