The Double Smash Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! The patties were large, bread was soft, and there was plenty of cheese. You can tell by the taste everything was homemade. The same can be said of their dirty fries. I will definitely order from here again!

Doesn't look like the image at all. Didn't include the side of ketchup that was ordered. Small burger that didn't taste fresh. The promotion online forces you to pick a side for an extra charge when the items in person are much cheaper than what they offer online without the "promotion."

The double smash burger had no flavor and the meat was raw, couldn't have more than the first bite. I can understand why this product has an offer of buy one get one.
Fries on the side was also not good at all and none of the products came with dirty sauce as they specify. Even the extra sauces were not what I've got, them sending only ranch and no other sauce even tho I've paid extra for that

Bland and the lettuce was wilted and gross. The burger sauce was unpleasant. The fries and tater tots tasted like they were fried in dirty oil

I just had this in New York with a 40% off coupon. it was really cheap. triple burger was too big even though I was dying for meat.
