I’m extremely disappointed with my recent flower order. What I received was nowhere near what was advertised. The bouquet was supposed to include premium flowers, but instead, I received a cheap arrangement, which is significantly lower in value.
There was no communication about these substitutions, and I wasn’t given any option to approve the changes. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, where shops use premium photos to lure customers but swap out expensive blooms for cheaper alternatives.
Would not recommend shopping here.
