The shrimp and catfish in the Captain's Plate was exceptionally delicious and tasty! Collard Greens was made just right needing no additional salt or flavorings. Only critic I had was we had to pay extra for the Tartar Sauce that I think should come with the Captain's Plate. 
My 8 year old and I also enjoyed the Sweet Potato Fries. Definitely recommend this establishment if you're in the area!

Food is Finger licking  good￼, I've actually went to the restaurant and it's very cute clean and fast service. As you see the proportions are good and it always stays the same￼￼, Quality and quantity how could you beat that.￼

The owner is awesome we happen to stop by on his birthday and he offered us some chocolate cake which was so good.. ￼￼

I absolutely love getting food from here. The collards are so good. Mac & cheese awesome! And the pork chops... you dont even have to eat them with a fork and knife they pull apart and are so tender. I really cant say enough good things about DND. The owners are such nice people and part of  what keeps my husband and I coming back.

Cod Fish Entrée (8 oz.) with hush puppies, cornbread, greens,  a side Red Beans & Rice with a Strawberry-Peach Lemonade ordered for my first time. Seasoned perfectly! Love the breading on the cod fish and the sweetness of the cornbread. Greens are robust and flavorful and Red Beans & Rice are cooked to perfection. Dont pass on the Strawberry-Peach Lemonade!

I live quite a distance away and the quality of my food was absolutely spectacular. Not greasy at all, perfectly seasoned, great crunch, still hot. I could only imagine getting this fresh. 

I love supporting local businesses and this one is worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back!
