Amazing food and service! We ordered the Uyghur Polo with lamb and Braised Eggplant, which were a huge hit at our birthday celebration. Hats off to Dolan! Will definitely order again.

Good quality food, but low quantity for the price in my opinion. The Uyghur Polo was pretty fried and unhealthy, and definitely not a meal in itself. The Uyghur Goshnaan was delicious. Korma Chop was alright and quite filling. The honey gave a very nice flavor to the Homemade Yogurt .

I ordered plov and lagman. The plov was good, but the lagman especially impressed me. The noodles were handmade, and the taste was just like in Kazakhstan. The quality was excellent — I was genuinely happy with the experience.

The Small Plate Chicken was very soft and flavorful. Just a bit too salty for my taste though. It also has quite a kick to it so be careful if you're not good with eating spicy food. The noodles were nice and chewy.
