• 2/17/23The Braided Cinnamon Roll with Apple Cider Frosting was great and not dry. The icing didnt taste of acv but there just wasn't much of the icing so couldnt tell. Cookie was good but for the price I will get levain.

• 7/16/23Folks, don't let the name sway you. This was my second try of this spot and having tasted 10 different pastries, it's disappointing at best. Beware the 2pc Brown Sugar DKA & 2pc Chocolate Chunk Cookie Set. It's flat, stodgy kouign amanns and cakey cookies with no chocolate. The Apricot & Honey Lavender Danish was decent, but the dough was stale.
The HK branch blows this one out of the water.

• 9/28/22I am a dominque ansel fanatic. I go to both locations in the city frequently but had tried an amazing Almond Croissant from La Cabra and wanted to try Dominques. It was the most un French pastry I've had. It was ridiculously sweet, very hard and stuffed with frangipane. I strongly recommend not ordering and instead going to a Brown Sugar “DKA” Dominique’s Kouign Amann.

• 6/28/24I asked if they could sub the single Brown Sugar “DKA” Dominique’s Kouign Amann for the cannelé, and the store was very accommodating. They gave me 2 and the cannelé was FABULOUS. So happy with this order especially.
They were out of the Ham, Brie, & Cornichon Laminated Ficelle Sandwich unfortunately. I said they could sub it with the croque moisure. The flavor was delicious, but I wish it had travelled better. There was a lot of condensation in the box, leaving the sandwich pretty soggy.

• 12/4/22Hot dog roll is ON POINT! My all time childhood favorite snack , but this is the upgraded version ;) I'm not crazy over pumpkin pies but this is the best I've had ! Smooth and creamy. Hot Apple cider was perfectly balanced (not overly sweet). Kouign Amann is DELICIOUS and the croquet monsieur superb , def one of my favorites! I just wished they had proper seating /cafe style and could serve it piping hot , made on the spot. It would be the icing on the cake :)
