Burnt chicken and a skin of an onion in my sandwhich, yuck normally I like this sandwhich but if came dry on the top and soggy on the bottom

I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni no modifications but for some reason they gave me a pizza with just sauce... like no cheese nothing and then was given attitude for asking for my pizza to be made correctly over the phone.

This is supposed to have Parmesan cheese and seasoning on it. It's plain bread. Very dissatisfied!
