I recently ordered the bread side dish, and it arrived heavily burnt and overly hard. A large portion of the food is completely charred, tough to chew, and black crumbs are scattered all over the box, making it completely inedible. I would like a refund or a credit to my account to replace this item

The plain wings are exact as described.They were very bland and not tasty al all. I do not recommend them.
