Ordered pizza and crispy chips, never got the chips. Called the store for re-order or refund, not because it was a big amount, but because they were at fault. Had they apologised, I would have just let it go, but I was asked to stay on hold and they hung up on me after 14min. Not a good experience for a tourist!
