Hello,
I placed an order from Domino’s on Tuesday, July 15. Both pizzas were clearly listed at a 40% discount ($13.07 each), but I was charged full price ($21.79 and $23.48) and only received a $6.40 discount in total.
This is misleading pricing. The discounted prices were shown before checkout, and they still show in my app as $13.07.
Also, the Buffalo Chicken pizza was missing the buffalo sauce completely — the main part of the item.
The order was also delivered after 11:02 PM, and now the app shows another different price ($15.99) under the review section.
Please:
1. Refund the missing discount (about $20),
2. Compensate for the missing buffalo sauce,
3. Consider credit or refund for the late delivery.
