Placed a delivery order recently and they were clearly short-staffed, so things didn’t go perfectly at first. There was an issue with the delivery, but the manager stepped in, took ownership right away, and made it right without any runaround.
That kind of accountability goes a long way. Anyone can have an off night—what matters is how it’s handled. We really appreciated the effort and the way they took care of us. Great customer service when it counted!!
