they have always missed ingredients on pizzas when I order from them. Everything from sauce to toppings. The dough is usually undercooked. There is zero care that goes into packaging the order, either. The Marbled Cookie Brownie was both burned and placed upside-down in the container, then stored on its side at some point and crumbling apart when it arrived. The pizza, too, was smushed against the side of its box as if it had been stored on its side.
I keep trying to give them a chance, assume perhaps it's a busy shift or a new staff member, but I've ordered pizza from them five times over the past year and this has been an issue (particularly, forgetting ingredients and underbaking crust) every single time.

Food is always good, but I've never had an order take less than an hour. When I live downtown, and other restauraunts take 40min at the absolute slowest, there has to be some mismanagement going on. I won't be recommending them for a while, not when Pizza Pizza can get a meal here in half the time.

Barely any sauce on the pizza making it quite dry. My order was almost half hour late and I couldn't even track the driver in the door dash app as it didn't show the driver at all. I had to call Dominos twice to find out where my order was.

As has often happened in the past with Dominos, the order was incomplete. I paid for two Marinara Sauce Cups and neither were included with my food. The rest of the order was good, but they did not deliver everything I paid for. For that, I feel that 3/5 stars is generous.
