incredible. Everything was delicious. TheCarne Frita (Cerdo Frito) (8 Piezas) / Fried Pork (8 Pieces) and the Chicharrón de Pollo (8 Piezas) / Chicken Cracklings (8 Pieces) was fried to perfection. crunchy on the outside and still tender on the inside. the Mampo was seasoned and cooked perfectly. the portion size was definitely more than enough for 2 or 3 people. you can taste the love and freshness in all of the ingredients. without a doubt, i will order from this restaurant again and highly recommend you give them a try.

This is the second time we've ordered from Don Guillo & the second time everything has been fantastic. We ordered the Mampo, Tostones / Fried Green Plantains, Empanadillas (Empanadas) / Turnovers & this time the Chicharrón de Pollo (8 Piezas) / Chicken Cracklings (8 Pieces). Everything was fresh & very generous portions for two to split or lots of leftovers for one. I've grown up with Puerto Rican food and this some of the best! (Don't tell my mom) I've complained about the lack of good Puerto Rican food in Colorado Springs but no more! I can get my fix whenever needed!

We have been coming here for years. We have never had a bad meal or experience. The food is great & always hot and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. We definitely will continue to go back.

La comida está a otro nivel, con sabores auténticos que te transportan directo a Puerto Rico. Todo está delicioso y a precios súper accesibles. Además, los dueños son personas maravillosas, llenas de amor y siempre con una sonrisa, haciéndote sentir como en casa.
