Great food, though it may have been a bit rushed today. Understandable since it's just before a holiday and a lot of the local places are usually closed Mondays. Still, the red sauce and meat isn't cooked down as much as usual and our Dasher waited a while for the order to be ready. Still delicious. We got mostly a variety of combos this time with plenty of food to give easy meals through the holiday. We're snowed in and don't want to fight holiday shoppers anyway. Tortilla Soup is just as meaty as remembered. The Chile in 13. One Enchilada, One Burrito & One Chile Relleno is nice and fresh. The quesadilla from 6. One Bean Burrito, One Cheese Enchilada & One Quesadilla. is buttery and perfect. The tacos from 4. Two Tacos, One Enchilada & One Chile Con Queso were simple and crispy. Everything else will be wonderful tomorrow.

So much food! This is always a good choice for us. Every time and everything is delicious. We got a celebration meal tonight trying the Piña Vallarta for the first time. It was beautiful and so stuffed! The Sopes were fresh and nicely chewy. The Pollo a la Crema is rich and savory. Huevos con Chorizo was perfectly brown and crispy edged. The Tortilla Soup is heavy with meat and accented with pico.

Fave Mexican in the area. Chimichangas are always awesome and huge portion. Carnitas tacos are always a favorite too. I've tried a lot of their menu and you can't go wrong with anything. Service is always fast too.

Im NEVER disappointed when i order from here! My go to favorite is Mixed Soup dip and the Quesadillas Rellenas is filled with the perfect quantity! I Recommend eating here if you're craving good authentic food.

Everything was amazing. Chile Colorado has a beautiful sauce. Don Julio's does a great job with all their sauces. This was our first try of their chile relleno. It's the best either of us have had. Light not greasy, perfectly cooked tender, blistered and cleaned before stuffing and frying. We got food for two people, for dinner tonight and tomorrow.
