I specifically asked for light cheese and well done. That didnt happen. The pizza was okay.

Worst Donatos pizza I've had in the 28 years since being introduced to the company when I lived in Ohio.
Undercooked, over sauced, cheese and pepperoni were not the normal product used. Just all around terrible.

My pizza is burnt and was inedible by my standards as a result. Well baked does not mean burnt. I also selected extra sauce and there is almost no sauce. None I could see or taste at least. There's a piece missing too! Furthermore the base pizza is $15 and any additional topping is $2.39 be so for real yall! I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

not impressed. decent flavor. Pizza was cut randomly into about 16 pieces. Crust was paper thin. Just not the kind of pizza I like

Pizza was great however the side salad was soggy and wilted with red pieces all throughout and the fudge filled cookie was frozen. Usually it is warm and melted on the inside but today it had to have come right out of the freezer or refrigerator and had not been warmed at all prior to delivery. This meal was extremely underwelming today.
I would also recommend putting the croutons on the side for to go orders bc they were soft by the time I wanted to enjoy my salad and not crunchy as croutons should be.
