Absolutely love Donatos!  best pizza in my opinion but do not switch things up with the meatballs like I did tonight.  2 orders of meatballs same price as a full pizza and they could fit in my palms with how few there are.   stick with the pizza here people!

It's usually a great pizz but tonight it really missed the mark. I ordered med hot honey pep.  There was pepperoni only in the middle, leaving 1/3 of  the pizza with basically just dough and a little bit of sauce. I also ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all. Chalking it up to the fact that it's Christmas Eve. Wanted a snack after a late lunch today.

Worst pizza so far in Cincinnati! Low on flavor.Very few & small chicken pieces on our spicy chikcen pizza. Average quality foran expensive price.

why have options to customize the toppings if you literally only follow that instruction when you feel like it.
I always ask for no balsamic drizzle on my margarita, and it's a coin toss if it has it or not. Now I ordered a Mariachi Chicken (Small) and just wanted green peppers instead of jalapeños. Of course, I got jalapeños. I paid extra for the green peppers - you did not even add those.
