The Works pizza was great, but the way it was cut made it difficult to eat.

The so called Donatos® Serious Cheese Pizza had no cheese pull. It was dry and you're better off buying a frozen pizza at the store. So disappointing

So I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, unfortunately the pizza that showed up was Pepperoni and Onions, considering how expensive it was I wasn't expecting this kind of mistake, tried calling to see if I could bring the food in and get it replaced and was told no.

I expected actual cheesy gooey pizza especially because of the description and it was the most over cooked crispy fried out cheese I ever ate. Can't believe I paid for that.
