Very good pizza. These definitely are pizze up there with my go-to pizzeria. Maybe half a star from perfection. The dough is nicely baked with some of the desirable burn spots. The dough likely was allowed to ferment. The consistency is just the right amount of chewy. I do appreciate that it was rather neutral and not sour or something else, - what you can encounter with some other pizzerias. Missing for the full last star would be somewhat bread-like taste that supports the aromas of the sauce, herbs and cheeses.
But you definitely can't go wrong with Donna Margherita!

The Orecchiette was great, the Pappardelle Genovese was cold flat noodles with a giant, chewy hunk of meat in the middle - not a ragu at all. I order a lot from here but this particular dish was disappointing!
