I usually go to the other Folsom location. I've been to this one twice, and both times the Southwest Burrito has been about half the size that it should be. I also found the chicken to be chewy, and the tortilla chips tasted burnt. The other location is phenomenal, but this one just ain't it.

The food we received that was correct was good.
But the rice that we ordered was not there. This is the third time we've ordered from there and had something missing.
The Tres Taco Basket tacos we ordered beef, corn tortilla , red sauce but no guacamole, no white sauce,and no cheese
What we got for was very little meat-one piece of onion and a pound of lettuce an zero sauce
Really disappointing they seem to not like having specifications on orders

Service completely unreliable. Ordered these tacos a few days ago and they were delicious and today one taco came completely fallen apart. I paid for extra cheese and there's hardly any at all. It's mostly just lettuce. This is disgusting.

Ordered the Mahi Mahi and Santa Fe burritos. Both burritos had about 2/3 of the filling that we've usually get. The Mahi was only in the bottom quarter of the burrito and missing from the other three quarters of it. Not much Mahi in the burrito itself as well. It may be the new location since I've typically had better portioned and made food from the Folsom Blvd location. Very unsatisfying meal.
