Vada is made with soaked white lentils, ground into a mixture and mildly spiced with herbs and spices. The mixture is then shaped into doughnut and deep fried.
A crispy, golden, and thin crepe made with soaked white lentils and the finest selection of rice grains, grinded into batter and fermented for several hours. All dosas are served with sambar and chutneys.
All rice dishes are served with pappad, pickles, and chilli.
Uthappam (ooththappam) is a thick pancake with its toppings cooked into the batter. Its main ingredients are rice and white lentils (urid). All uthappams are served with sambar and a variety of coconut chutneys.
All kiddie dosas come with a drink.
