Very tasty. I often am disappointed with the food around town, but this was a wonderful experience BOTH times I ordered. This might have become my new comfort food in Ithaca. (: Rice & beans and plantains are very flavorful.

I just had a Cubano from DotCU in Ithaca, and wow—this sandwich was on another level! The bread was perfectly pressed and crispy, with just enough crunch. Inside, it was packed with juicy roasted pork and tender ham, melty cheese, tangy pickles, and a smear of mustard that brought it all together. Every bite was a burst of flavor that had me savoring every second.
Honestly, this was hands down the best Cubano I’ve ever had. And to top it off, the folks at the truck were super friendly and quick, even with a line of hungry people waiting.
If you’re anywhere near Ithaca, do yourself a favor and hunt down this food truck. It’s worth it.

The Maduros were nice and sweet and you get a good amount for the price. Everything tasted very good. Im curious what the secret sauce would taste like. I'll have to order again soon.

last year I must have ordered this burger 40 times. fresh ingredients, perfect amt of sauce, ripe roma tomatoes and leaf lettuce...my absolutely fav burger in Ithaca. then they were closed/unavailable on dd most of the winter. ordered once in mar and it was so undercooked it was raw. today it just wasnt even the same burger. no freshly melted cheese, smashed into a mess, not to mention $2+ more than last yr. i would pay $25 for last year's kitchen staff and fresh ingredients but i think i'm done. whatever happened to this place idk, but it is a sad sad day in ithaca.

hands down my favorite burger in Ithaca. Top quality ingredients and so flavorful, will order it again and again. Perfect burger. Peppery!
