• 7/3/26My first time try to order from this restaurant for food. I would order it again, portion is ok, the meat tasty and fresh.
I love the matcha latte, it's so flavorful. If you're a fan of strong matcha this is the one for you.

• 7/11/26The Matcha Strawberry 抹茶草莓牛乳 was unexpectedly small, around 14-16oz, very small for $10. They also forgot to add boba which I paid extra for. The Black Sesame Mochi Eggette 黑芝麻麻糬雞蛋仔 was good but small portion for $11. The Mango Coco Sago 楊枝甘露 was just ok.

• 1/29/26We ordered Pandan eggette every time we ordered from Dots. It's still crispy and tasty even with delivery. Eggettes we ordered from other stores always come soggy. And Siu Mai is also our favorite. Love that it's crispy which is different from other places. And the drinks are all great!

• 5/31/26This is the second time I've ordered from Dots twice in a single week, and both times have been fantastic! I started with the refreshing Watermelon Slush 清爽西瓜汁 and the creamy Mango Coco Mango Coco Sago 楊枝甘露. This time, I decided to try the Original Eggette 原味港式雞蛋仔, and it didn't disappoint. Every item was absolutely delicious, with perfect portions and super fresh flavors. I can't wait to place my next order—imagine what I'll try next!

• 3/8/24Ordered at 3pm Friday afternoon for delivery and the boba was hard in the center for 2 of our drinks. Extremely disappointed considering they're $7+ drinks... The boba might not be fresh, it's giving overnight boba that wasn't reheated enough. Drinks came fast too so I can't imagine in 20 minutes the boba hardened.
