Is the food quality good? Yes, in theory. But y'all are focused on being fancy so much that you are missing some very basic things. If I can get cheesy garlic naan for $14 and you send me a single slice of Cheesy Garlic Bread for $10, you're being very impractical with your cost to serving ratio. The The Kickstarter was tasty, but we had to share it cause you didn't send the second burger. The Cheese & Bacon Fries was about $3 worth of chips with a couple bacon pieces and a tonne of flavourless cheese sauce, arrived cold and bland with undercooked chips for $16.50?! Are you kidding?!
The Onion Rings were ok but a very small serving with no seasoning.
I have never demanded a full refund in my life, but the photos of what you say you provide are at complete odds to what we received. I'd say 'do better', but I'm not willing to gamble my money to find out if you will.

The Spicy Chick the chicken on my burger was smaller than a wing. More than half of my burger had no chicken on it. Cheese & Bacon Fries had what looked like slices of cheese on top. Unmelted and cold. Super disappointing and definitely not worth the cost.

I didn't get the Mozzarella fingers that I ordered they put in an extra box of Onion Rings instead hoeever the burger was so filling and juicy but missing items no good

Disappointing. Very small portion sizes. Chicken over cooked. Carbo Fries not made as per menu.
