Probably the best Chinese in outer NE Portland. Can be inconsistent sometimes but the good stuff is great. We usually order garlic eggplant, green beans or gai lan, chopped pepper hot fish (really good), mapo tofu, and/or some kind of sweet fried meat dish. The authentic Chinese food is better than the Americanized Chinese food, but it's all made with care.

I've ordered twice in total from this restaurant. All the foods that I've ordered were edible, some were more enjoyable than other dishes.
Their most highly rated dishes are probably their best dishes served to be honest. But I decided to drop an Star, because I think they don't wash their bok choy's. There were literally speckled dirt and tiny little bugs cooked into my 3 mushroom with bok choy dish. It was layered between the stem and root ends.

As good as always. The 810. Chopped Pepper Hot Fish is so good. It's sour and savory and spicy, one of the best dishes I've ever had.
